Job Description
We are recruiting for a regional logistics and data center real estate platform which can deliver end to end real estate cycle of development, investment and fund management.
Reporting to the Head of Real Estate, you will be looking to manage the portfolio and asset management strategies in accordance to the business plan as well as monitoring financial performance and managing the overall risk of the business.
You will oversee company's assigned portfolio of real estate, enhancing and maximizing the portfolio's income performance, tax efficiencies, expense management and market positioning of our portfolio. You will be directly or indirectly ensuring that properties are well maintained and compliant with authorities’ requirements.
You will work with the leasing team in driving high occupancy rate, formulating and implementing marketing and leasing strategies, handling lease negotiation and execution etc.
You will be responsible for preparing and managing of budgets and reports which includes financial performance of asset, tenant matters and leasing status. You will be responsible for and coordinate yearly property valuations and insurance policies renewal matters.
You will provide support to any development initiatives at all stages (including but not limited to business development, financial and technical feasibility analysis, proposals to potential tenants and implementation stage)
Requirements
You possess at least a Degree in Real Estate Management, Business, Finance, or its equivalent and have about 6-8 years of experience in Asset Management, particularly in industrial portfolio.
You possess advanced knowledge of real estate markets, property valuation, and financial modelling as well as being a good team player with positive work attitude.
