We are looking for a Compliance Manager for a REIT and this role will report to the CFO in a stand-alone position.

You will be responsible for overall compliance framework for the REIT as well as monitoring and updating Compliance Monitoring Program. You will provide advice on potential impact of industry or government policy changes. You will manage internal investigations and whistle blower cases in conjunction. You will also be monitoring new rules and regulations. You will review and evaluate compliance issues with the management and Board of Directors.

You are degree qualified and have at least 5 years of relevant working experience. You have good knowledge and understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance and familiar with organizational best practices. Experience in a REIT/ professional service firm are highly regarded.
