Job Description

Our Client, a reputable Real Estate Fund Management firm with regional presence across Asia, is currently looking for a Group Accountant to join their team tasking in;

Financial and management reporting functions 
Accounts consolidation and monthly management reporting across South East Asia and China. 
Prepare monthly financial reports including consolidation, budgeting and forecasting
Prepare accurate and timely financial and management reports, including variance analysis, cash flow projections and AR collection reports
Prepare annual financial statements
Prepare annual budget and quarterly forecast by partnering closely with Commercial team
Providing financial advisory 
Handle external and internal audit and statutory matters
Any ad-hoc matters as assigned

You are required to have; 

Degree in Accountancy/CPA/ACCA/CA.
Minimum 10 years of working experience with a minimum 3-5 years of experience managing group consolidation 
Strong technical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, have good communication skills and be analytical, independent and proactive.
Experience in Cognos is advantageous.
