Job Description

We are recruiting for a growing Real Estate Logistics Fund with logistics/industrial portfolio in Southeast Asia.

You will be primarily assisting with the overall management and operation of Fund(s) and ensure that the overall business, investment and operational strategies are met.

These will include:

• Assist with the preparation of investment proposals, information memorandums
• Assist with the preparation of business plans and budgets as well as reports such as financial statements, annual reports and other items required by investors;
• Assist with day-to-day operations of Fund(s) and documentation of the overall business, investment and operational strategies, as well as investment strategies for investments and divestments;
• Assist the senior management team in preparation of reports to the Board and Management Committee to obtain requisite approvals for all investments and divestments;

• You will assist with the preparation of regular asset management plans, detailing proposals and forecasts of net income, capital expenditure, sales and valuations, explanations of major variances to previous forecasts, written commentaries on key issues and any relevant assumptions.
• You will assist in relation to compliance with applicable regulatory provisions, other relevant legislation, the Fund(s) documents, taxation laws and all relevant contracts.
• You will assist with the preparation of all regular communications with the investors, including financial reports, newsletters, business plans, reports, budgets, minutes, etc.
• Liaising with external parties including customers, consultants, investors, business associates, Management Committee members and Board Members.

Requirements:

You are degree qualified with about 5 years of experience in similar capacity.

You are a strong finance/fund management business partner and have a good holistic view of the real estate business.

You are independent, resourceful and willing to roll up your sleeve/hands-on.

You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
