Job Description

We are recruiting for a real asset company with asset classes in logistics, data centres, and infrastructure.

You will be involved in Mergers, Acquisitions & Strategic Divestments and this will include assisting with identification of transaction pipeline, undertaking research and analysis to support transactions, capital structuring, preparing high-quality, robust financial models and analysis, presentations, papers and other related materials for management, investors and Boards.

You will also be assisting in the formation of its Group strategy and undertaking strategic research and analysis, identifying market trends and insights and conducting peer analysis and benchmarking to guide strategy.  

Requirements

You have a Bachelor's Degree in a reputable educational institute and have about 3-5 years' experience working in investment banking, top-tier corporate advisory, real estate funds management, or similar relevant corporate finance role.
