Job Description
We are recruiting for a main board-listed company with real estate businesses in this region.
Reporting to the CEO, they are seeking an all-rounder with leadership experience in Marketing Communications and Investor Relations to join them as they are growing the business with upcoming new initiatives. The ideal candidate will be actively involved in holistic stakeholder management and playing a key role in building strong and lasting relationships with the financial community and also be driving its marketing and communications scope with branding in his/her portfolio.
You will be leading a team in enhancing and upholding and projecting a compelling, consistent and reputable corporate image to both external and internal stakeholders. You will manage and develop content for digital platforms (organisation websites and social media), this will include conceptualising and developing corporate marketing collaterals and its relevant apps programmes accordingly.
You will also be leading and managing the investor communications as the key point of contact and establish good rapport financial market stakeholders. You will attend and present at investor conferences, presentations and roadshows. You will manage and develop annual reports, announcements and investor collaterals.
You will be managing its external communications with the media as well as managing internal communications with employees and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications and/or related field with 12 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrate expertise in marketing communications, investor relations, branding
- Display ability to thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environment,
- Display excellent communications and writing skills
- Proven to be strategic thinker who is adaptable
- Display good interpersonal skills and ability to work with senior management
