We are recruiting for a Data Centre platform with Pan Asian mandates. With increasing activities in this region, they are looking to beef up their investment team with an Associate Director/Director to join them.

You will largely be responsible in deal sourcing and origination and be involved in capital raising. You will take the lead in all investment due diligence, underwriting, financial modelling and analysis. This will include negotiations with investment counterparties, tax and capital structuring. You will prepare investment committee memorandums to the relevant management bodies for approval of investments and handling any potential divestment activities.

Requirements

Degree in Finance, Economics, Accountancy, Commerce, Real Estate or related discipline. At least 10 years of relevant experience with real estate funds, acquired in financial institutions, real estate companies or related investment firms.

Experience in Data Centre and proven execution track record in this sector and Asia Pacific region will be held in high regards.

You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage stakeholders at different levels are highly favourable.
