A well known Real Estate Developer is now seeking for a Senior Manager, Group Finance, leading group consolidation and financial reporting. This role includes

• Reports in compliance with SFRS and SGX listing requirements 
• Review / prepare Monthly Closing in Cognos
• Preparation and reviewing of SGX results announcements and related reports
• Prepare yearly statutory financial statements and annual report
• Review / prepare Cognos consolidation for budgets/forecasts/estimates
• Review and maintain group accounting policies
• Trouble shoot Cognos system issues
• Maintain Cognos linked excel reports
• Provide guidance & technical support to SBU finance
• Drive the annual group insurance renewal exercise
• Other ad-hoc projects
• Review/prepare announcements and financial impacts in relation to corporate actions

You are required to have;

• CA (Singapore), ACCA graduate or equivalent
• at least 6 years years’ relevant working experience in Real Estate and/or Hospitality industry
• Team player  with strong interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of FRS and group consolidation and reporting skillset
• Knowledge / eexperience in using Cognos is a must
