Job Description

On behalf of a growing real estate investment fund, we are currently seeking a Senior Accountant / Assistant Finance Manager to support and contribute to the development its finance and accounting team. 

Senior Accountant / Assistant Finance Manager

Manage the full set of accounts, including month-end and year-end closing processes.
Prepare monthly management reports, statutory reports, and variance analyses to support business decisions.
Consolidate multiple entities or property portfolios.
Review property accounts and fund requests submitted by property managers.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions for assets under management.
Assist in preparing annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts.
Monitor and maintain cash flow projections to ensure operational stability and meet capital expenditure needs.
Handle GST returns and ensure compliance with local tax regulations and accounting standards.
Liaise with external auditors for annual audit exercises and draft audited financial statements.
Coordinate with tax agents and company secretaries for statutory filings.

Requirements & Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field is standard.
A degree in Accounting / ACCA / CA is required.
A minimum of 6 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally within the real estate or property investment sector.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills for financial modeling and data analysis.
A driven, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
