THE ROLE:

Senior Manager, Finance and Accounting (Reporting to CFO)

An established REIT is currently seeking for a Senior Finance Lead to steer the finance team overseeing the full spectrum of Finance and Accounting, including;

consolidation, taxation, financial reporting,  financial planning and analysis, forecast and budgeting, compliance and controls, financing matters, and supporting the commercial partners.

This managerial role provides high visibility to the leadership team, board members and exposure supporting the fund raising actitivities.

WHO

You should be a Chartered Accountant / Accountancy graduate, with relevant experience of 8 years and more, within the REIT space and preferably with an external audit background.
