Job Description

We are recruiting for one of the leading real estate players based in Singapore. You will be looking after a portfolio of commercial properties primarily in Singapore while managing a team.

You will be responsible for maximizing asset performance and financial returns, formulating and implementing asset business plans to enhance the value of portfolio assets, including strategies for asset enhancement, positioning and marketing.

You will work closely with property management and leasing departments to improve occupancies, revenues and expenses. You will also lead or assist in budgeting exercises, valuations, feasibility studies and management reporting.

Requirements:

You are degree qualified in Real Estate or Business/Accounting etc with at least 12 years of relevant experience in real estate industry, preferably asset management with a reputable REIT or real estate fund.

You have good understanding of real estate markets and trends, as well as real estate finance, investment and valuation concepts.

You possess strong business acumen and data analytical skills.
