Job Description
We are recruiting for an established real estate firm on an expansion mode. With more than 20 years in the industry, you will be part of a growth trajectory as this is a new head count, highly involved in the execution of Investment & Asset Management of commercial projects (light industrial, hospitality, residential, office, mixed-use developments) in some of the key cities in the world.
You will be developing and maintaining detailed financial models for acquisitions, divestments, and asset valuations, conduct feasibility studies to assess investment opportunities. This will include preparing investment proposals and presentations as well as assisting in structuring investment deals.
You will also be looking to monitor and analyse the performance of commercial assets and the overall portfolio and making sure that the asset and portfolio management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Economics or a related field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in investment analysis and/or asset management, or a related area, preferably within the real estate sector.
- Proficient in financial modelling and analysis is required, together with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
