Job Description
We are recruiting for a Real Estate Firm with international properties coverage. Reporting to the CIO, you will be involved in end-to-end of the real estate cycle.
You will be responsible for building, maintaining development appraisals and cash flow models for prospective acquisitions and living sector development opportunities. You will provide support on support on acquisition opportunities/asset underwriting, ensuring models are accurate and reflect realistic assumptions. You will assist in due diligence covering technical and property legal due diligence, and valuation. You will be liaising with relevant stakeholders during due diligence including service providers, tax advisors, surveyors, lawyers as well as drafting investment committee papers in relation to any acquisition or divestment.
You will be involved in investment reporting and ensure that the board papers and presentation materials are up to mark. This include supporting regular portfolio reporting to senior management and the Board, support asset management initiatives including lease negotiations, asset enhancement
Other Responsibilities include tracking real estate market trends, capital flows, and macroeconomic indicators, benchmarking asset performance and identifying value-enhancing opportunities as well as supporting the preparation of strategic portfolio plans and asset business cases
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Engineering from a reputable educational institute and possess about 1-3 years of experience in similar sector.
- You have strong financial modelling skills, self-motivated and excellent interpersonal skills
