Job Description

We are recruiting for a regional real estate player, and they are looking to grow from their existing portfolio.

You will be responsible for deal sourcing & screening through brokers, networks, and public listings. You will conduct preliminary deal evaluation, including site checks, data collection, and high-level financial assessment. You will maintain and update deal pipeline tracker and follow-up.

You will monitor real estate market trends, policy changes, and macroeconomic indicators with a focus on key developed and developing markets in Asia Pacific. You will prepare periodic market intelligence reports to support strategic planning and senior management decisions.

You will benchmark competing assets and track transaction comparables across key markets, including Financial Analysis & Modelling such as building and updating financial models to assess project feasibility, IRR/NPV, and scenario sensitivity. You will assist in the preparation of business cases, investment memos, and board papers. You will help to prepare presentations, executive summaries, and documentation for internal approvals as well as supporting ongoing portfolio review exercises and analysis of asset performance.

Requirements

You possess a Degree with 2-3 years of experience in real estate industry with strong financial modelling and Excel skills.

You have good understanding of real estate markets and investment principles.

You will work under tight deadlines and comes across as someone with commercial acumen.
