Job Description

We are recruiting for a real estate company with their main portfolio in retail.

Reporting to the Senior Asset Management Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing assigned properties to ensure optimum property performance.

You will be preparing annual budgets, asset plans, regulatory reports and presentation for management and stakeholders, monitoring progress of asset enhancement works as well as execution of real estate transactions, including acquisition, divestment and post transaction management. You will also be looking to be involved in leasing and marketing such as establishing and building build networks with appointed agencies to source for new tenants.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate or a related discipline
• Preferably 2-3 years’ experience in real estate industry
• Highly numerate with sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, prior knowledge of property valuation methods preferred
• Self-starter with a proactive approach; well-organized and detail-oriented

*This role will require some short haul travelling.
