Job Description

We are recruiting for a large cap-listed property investment, management and development group in Singapore. As they are looking to embark on new initiatives, they are inviting a Senior Legal Manager to join them.

Reporting to the Director – Legal, you will be responsible for liaising with government authorities, banks, joint-venture parties and external counsel over legal matters. You will provide legal advice on regulatory, general corporate, commercial, real estate, employment matters, risk and other operational aspects of the business in Southeast Asia.

You will manage and draft agreements and assist project financing, M&A and investment activities as well as assisting to provide legal and regulatory advice for M&A and joint venture transactions in the South East Asia region.

Requirements:

You possess a degree in Law with about 10 years' experience, prior initial years spent in private practice in top Singapore or international law firm. In-house experience is beneficial but not essential.

You have excellent analytical, communication and negotiation skills as well as strong leadership and good interpersonal skills.

You are a team player and adopt a collaborative mindset.
