A visionnaire and market leader in RE sector, this Deputy Finance Lead is a pivotal member of the regional leadership team, you will drive the financial strategy and governance for a multi-billion dollar portfolio of hybrid RE funds and REITs. Reporting to the Regional Finance Lead, you will bridge the gap between technical accounting and high-level commercial strategy, ensuring shareholder interests are protected while aggressively pursuing regional growth.


Key Strategic Responsibilities
Fund & REIT Stewardship: Lead the end-to-end financial management for regional portfolios, ensuring strict compliance with REIT taxation, SGX/local listing rules, and cross-border governance. Fund management, providing guidance on the design and implementation of eporting processes, including reporting requirements in line with INREV
or as otherwise required by investors, and ensuring readiness for capital calls, distributions, and board/IC routines.
Commercial Advisory & Profitability: Act as a core business partner to regional leads, providing advisory on pricing strategies, project cost reviews, and sales performance analysis to optimize portfolio IRR. t

Investment support and Joint Venture (JV) Leadership: Represent the company’s financial perspective at board-level meetings for multiple JVs, maintaining strong relationships with partners while safeguarding capital and ensuring operational performance. Work closely with Investment Management and other functional teams to assess new opportunities including on deal structuring, financial and tax due diligence, and country teams on divestments in markets outside of Singapore.
Strategic Treasury & Financing: Partner with Group Treasury to manage project financing, oversee loan covenants, and optimize liquidity across diverse multi-jurisdictional portfolios.
Governance & Team Excellence: Lead a high-performing regional finance team, fostering a culture of financial discipline, robust audit controls, and risk-based decision-making across all entities.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; professional certification (CPA, CA, or ACCA) is mandatory.
10–15+ years of progressive finance leadership, with deep expertise in Private Funds, REIT structures, and Real Estate operations.
Proven success managing complex JVs and diverse stakeholders across Asia markets
