Job Description
We are recruiting for a real estate/hospitality company with a large township project in Southeast Asia. You will be looking to market their premier integrated resort destination for regional and international guests. This is a leadership and strategic role where you will handle both destination curation and inbound travel business development.
The successful candidate will not only design and deliver memorable guest experiences but also leverage networks in Singapore and the region to attract diverse visitor segment, including corporates, schools, travel groups, and social communities. This is a unique opportunity to shape their flagship project into a vibrant hub of leisure, culture, recreation, and education - integrating their accommodation, retail offerings and future attractions.
You will be responsible for leading the design and execution of sports, recreation, cultural, and adventure programs and search for suitable partners. You will developed tailored itineraries and immersive activities for schools, corporates, and social groups. You will work with the Hotel GMs to curate and manage external guest that showcase the precinct and local culture. You will collaborate with hotel and villa management teams to ensure seamless integration of experiences.
This role will be looking to manage P&L responsibility for schools, corporates, and groups to ensure sustainable growth. You will build and strengthen partnerships with travel agents, schools, corporates, and institutions in Singapore and beyond to drive inbound traffic. You will develop strategic alliances with event organizers, teambuilding companies, and education providers. You will craft marketing and sales strategies to promote this large-scale township project as a multi-segment attraction. You will be the key liaison between regions’ market stakeholders and the country’s operations to align guest acquisition with on-ground delivery.
Requirements
You have about 15 years of proven leadership experience in marketing, hospitality, travel, tourism, or destination management with a strong network and relationships. Some of your network include travel agents, schools, corporates, and social organizations in Singapore and the region.
You are into placemaking with an eye for creativity and designing immersive leisure, recreation, cultural, and educational experiences.
You possess strong business acumen with P&L management experience as well as exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
