We are recruiting for a regional logistics and data center real estate platform which can deliver end to end real estate cycle of development, investment and fund management.

As an Asset Manager, you will be overseeing a portfolio of industrial and development properties to maximize the portfolio’s income performance, tax efficiencies, expense management and market positioning. You will prepare and manage the budgets and reports including financial performance.

You will work closely with the leasing team to improve occupancy rate, formulate and implement marketing and leasing strategies, handle lease negotiation and execution.

This will include managing the property team and the outsourced managing agent, ensuring proper maintenance and services. You will establish and maintain good relationship with existing tenant. You will be responsible for coordination of yearly property valuations and insurance renewal matters as well as providing support to development projects and AEI initiatives.

Requirements

You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity ie Asset Management.

You are degree qualified from Real Estate, Economics, Accountancy, Business, Marketing, Engineering with a strategic mindset.

You are action oriented and understand the connections between asset management, leasing and property management.

You are commercially savvy and possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
