Our client, a multinational Real Estate Fund Management, is currently looking for a Corporate Accounting Manager, taking responsibility in;

• Leading a team of 2-4 members overseeing over a portfolio of approximately 35 legal entities. 
• Corporate financial accounting and reporting, financial planning and analysis, tax and treasury, and statutory audit and compliance 
• Leading business partnering and financial reporting and analysis with headquarter and joint venture partners.
• Involvement in cash management, forecasting and ensuring funds sufficiency for the entities.
• Involve in tax computations and GST reporting for HQ reporting
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting such as Singapore FRS, IFRS
• Adherence to internal controls and group policies and procedures. 
• Support new acquisition and new entity set up, funding and proper accounting for the acquisitions.
• Manage and participate in process improvements and system implementation.

You are required to have; 

• Degree in Accountancy or relevant professional qualifications
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, including consolidation
• Good understanding of SFRS, IFRS 
• Confident communication and interpersonal skills
