Job Description

We are recruiting for a listed real estate firm and their current AUM stands at more than USD1.5billion.

Reporting directly to the Director – Asset Management, you will assist in overseeing the formulation and execution of asset plans for their portfolio of retail properties.

You will be developing and implementing tactical approaches to translate raw data into business insights through data analytics for strategic decision making at management level. You will be responsible for regular reporting on the performance of the assets based on the operating matrices of rental, occupancy, tenants’ profile, promotional events etc. as well as market research on the latest trends and industry insights.

You will be evaluating the feasibility of Asset Enhancement Initiatives and/or work that adds value to the portfolio of assets. This includes monitoring the progress and improvement works to ensure that they are completed on time, and within the specified standards and budgets. You will assist the investment team in evaluating new assets for acquisition by providing parameters for rental rates, development costs, delivery standards, market characteristics, etc. and work with them during the due diligence process etc. You will also be assisting in the preparation of Sustainability report.

Requirements:

•  Degree in Real Estate, Building, Business, Finance, Engineering or equivalent

•  At least 2 years working experience in asset management, preferably with overseas commercial real estate

• Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English.

• Hands-on, strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Thrives working in a fast-paced environment
